Calendar of Events!

3/6/09	WWAH Waggin' Wagon @ J.C. Penney's - Owasso Grand Opening	We will meet at the Haven at 8:30AM and head down to JC Penney's in Owasso.  If you would like to meet us there, we should arrive at around 9AM-9:30AM and stay as long as we have volunteers!
3/7/09	Irish Paws 2009 Hicks Park - Tulsa	We will meet at the Haven at 9AM.  The event is at Hicks Park, 3443 S. Mingo Rd, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74146.  Hours are 10:30AM-12:30PM. Join us for the 6th annual Irish Paws event hosted by the Tulsa Parks Department. It will be held Sat. March 7th from 10:30am-12:30pm. The event will kick off with a 1 mile "Dog Jog". All participants will receive a T-shirt and doggie kerchief commemorating the first Irish Paws fun run. Afterward be ready to peruse all the pet related booths and other K9 fun.
3/14/09	C'ville Main Street Chili Cook-Off and Appraisal Fair	WWAH will be eating chili and showcasing dogs for this event at the Collinsville City Plaza!  CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FLYER!  Meet at the Haven at 9:30AM or at the Plaza at 10AM!
April All Saturdays and Sundays!	WWAH Waggin' Wagon at the Tulsa Zoo	The Tulsa Zoo has invited us to participate in its Animal Rescue Days!  We need volunteers for every Saturday and Sunday in April during the zoo's normal business hours from 9AM-5PM!  There are 10 days and 80 hours availalble for volunteer hours!  Contact the WWAH to sign-up!
4/29/09-4/30/09	WWAH Garage Sale	Last year our Garage Sale raised over $4,000!  Starting at the beginning of April, we will begin taking donations for gently used items (all of which are tax-deductible).  You can also have your own table(s) as a low-low price!  Email us for details at information@wwahonline.org!
5/16/09	WWAH at PetCo!	The Waggin' Wagon will be at the Petco on 41st Street!  We will need some volunteers to take the Wagon and some pups.  Please call or email us if you would like to volunteer!
5/23/09	Rock and Rescue	This is a large scale adoption event. There will be music (live bands), food, pet photography, $20 Microchipping, and wonderful pets to adopt.  Location and time forthcoming!
6/13/09	Hogs 'N' Hot Rods	WWAH will be participating in Collinsville's Hogs 'N' Hot Rods Festival, which brings in thousands of visitors every year!  If you would like to volunteer for an hour or so and walk some of our pets down Main Street (and have a lot of fun!) please give us a call!
6/20/09	WWAH at PetCo!	The Waggin' Wagon will be at the Petco on 41st Street!  We will need some volunteers to take the Wagon and some pups.  Please call or email us if you would like to volunteer!
7/4/09	4th of July in C'ville!	Tentatively scheduled at the Collinsville City Park!  Join us as we walk our pets around the park prior to the 4th of July fireworks!  We'll be done in plenty of time so you can enjoy the fireworks with your family and friends!  Bring them along!

8/22/09	WWAH at Family Fun Day!	Join us at the Tri-County Fair in Collinsville where there will be fun, food, and friendly faces!
8/29/09	Woofstock	Join us at one of our largest adoption events, Woofstock! This event brings all of Tulsa's rescue organizations and animal related organizations together at one time. The event will take place at Veterans Park from 10:00AM until 2:00pm. WWAH volunteers should meet at the Haven at 8:30AM.  If you would like to meet us there, please try to be there around 9:30AM.  Contact us to volunteer!

9/22/09	WWAH on Wheels of Hope!	All of our pups are going on a trip up north to Denver to find new homes and get a great start on a new life!
10/4/09	Petapalooza!!	Hats Off to Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven is the theme for our 4th annual Petapalooza on Sunday, October 4th from 12-5PM!  Silent and live auctions, crafts and fun for the kids, and treats and pampering for your 4-legged friends!
10/10/09	Trick or Treat Animal Expo	Look for our booth at the Tulsa Animal Welfare's Expo, 3031 N. Erie Ave!
